Usps User Agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the user accepts and acknowledges that the postal service, not Apple, is responsible for repairing claims from the end user or a third party in connection with the application or possession and/or use of the application, including, but not limited, to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any allegation that the application does not comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and (iii) claims arising from consumer protection or similar laws. USPS may, from time to time, make available free of charge to all users of the updated service or applications or be subject to additional charges at the sole discretion of the USPS. “Updates” refers to all updates, upgrades or bug fixes for the service or application that USPS typically makes available to users of the service or applications. Regardless of all other versions of this Agreement, USPS is not required to continue to produce or publish new versions of the service or applications or updates of the service. USPS is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for applications, as stated in this contract, or as required by existing legislation. The postal service reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny any user access to the service, applications or part of the usps.com without notice. The Post Office reserves the right to change the terms and terms in which USPS services and applications are offered. You can check the most current terms of use in m.usps.com/m/TermsConditions.

If you do not accept the amended agreement or cannot comply with it, you must stop using the USPS and service applications. If you continue to use the USPS service or application, you have accepted the agreement as it has been amended. The user recognizes and accepts that his use of the USPS service or application is in any event subject to such changes and that the user`s use of the USPS Service and application is the acceptance of these modified conditions. The user agrees to check the agreement from time to time to ensure compliance with these conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the postal service regarding this service and applications and replaces all prior or simultaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and the postal service with regard to this service and the applications. A printed version of this agreement and any electronic communication is permitted in the context of a judicial or administrative proceeding based on or relating to this agreement, to the same extent and under the same conditions as other commercial documents and records originally established and kept on paper.
